Inter Milan have reached the Champions League final for the first time in 13 years after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over local rivals AC Milan. Lautaro Martinez's goal in the 77th minute proved to be the winner, as Inter held on to secure their place in the final against Manchester City.
The match was a tight affair throughout, with both sides having chances to win the game. Inter had the better of the first half, but AC Milan came out strong in the second half and pushed for an equalizer.
However, Inter's defense held firm, and they were able to see out the win thanks to Martinez's late goal. The Argentine striker's goal was his sixth in the Champions League this season, and it proved to be the winning one.
Inter will now face Manchester City in the Champions League final on May 28. City are the reigning champions, and they will be looking to retain their title against Inter.
